Students agree to pay tuition, deposits, and applicable fees according to the payment schedule provided during enrollment. Failure to satisfy payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
2.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by California law and ICAN's published cancellation and refund policies provided during enrollment.
3. Student Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and respectfully toward faculty, staff, classmates, clinical partners, and patients.
Academic dishonesty, harassment, disruptive behavior, or violations of school policies may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.
4. Academic Integrity
Cheating, plagiarism, falsification of records, or other forms of academic dishonesty are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the Student Handbook.
5. Program Changes
ICAN reserves the right to modify:

- Clinical assignments
- Program requirements
- Tuition and fees (where permitted by law)
to remain compliant with regulatory requirements or improve educational quality.

All educational materials, including videos, handouts, presentations, digital content, examinations, and course materials remain the property of ICAN.
Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
